Pricing, Availability & Handcrafted Nature

All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to display product details, colors, and textures as accurately as possible. However, because our items are handcrafted from genuine leather, natural variations in grain, subtle tone shifts, or minor hide characteristics are expected and represent authentic quality rather than defects.

Order Acceptance & Verification

Placing an order on our store constitutes an offer to purchase. Dastsaazi reserves the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious account activity, or unverified Cash on Delivery (COD) details. We may require additional phone or SMS verification prior to dispatching orders across Pakistan.

Shipping & Payment Terms

Orders are dispatched via third-party courier services within Pakistan. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, weather, or regional accessibility. Payments must be settled either through authorized online card and bank payment channels or via Cash on Delivery (COD) upon receiving the package. Customers choosing COD are obligated to pay the full invoice amount to the courier agent upon parcel delivery.

Intellectual Property

All content included on this site—including text, brand names, Urdu calligraphic titles, design elements, logos, graphics, and layout—is the exclusive intellectual property of Dastsaazi. Unlawful reproduction, duplication, copying, or redistribution of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Dastsaazi shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, inability to use, or misapplication of any of our products. In all events, maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the specific item in question.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
